About this Work Track

Guiding Question

  • What are the programs and services that will enable companies to recover and achieve improved resilience through enhancing their digital operations?

Outcomes – Recovery Activation Program

SPRING 2020: The Recovery Activation Program (RAP) is a no cost, immersive, highly practical online workshop that helps you identify areas for digital overhaul so that your business can thrive in a changed business landscape. RAP’s cost is sponsored, and supports firms of any size across Ontario.

Participation in RAP will ensure businesses are able to develop a Digital Transformation Blueprint – a tailored and practical strategy structured around:

  • Digital Modernization: How can you use technology to transform internal processes and find new customers?
  • Technological Hardware: Can enhanced digital capacity, backend hardware or risk-management techniques help you get back to business with a more efficient supply chain?
  • Structural and Regulatory Alignment: Do you know the rules – and do you have the tools – to restructure in accordance with the law?
  • Digital Restructure Financing: Do you need to expand your network to find mentors, investors, or resources to help your new approach?
  • Marketing and Sales: Do you know how data-driven marketing and/or sales insights can guide your business forward?

Each Digital Transformation Blueprint is a unique roadmap that you will review in mentoring sessions with subject-matter experts who can help you figure out what to do next. It will provide a plan-of-attack addressing your unique barriers and be a consistent resource you can reference throughout your digital restructuring.
